Poets and Dreamers Literary & Fine Arts Journal

About our Upcoming Issue

Our upcoming issue, Travel and Transcendence, will highlight the internal transformation that takes place when one dares to travel, truly travel, and open themselves to the unknown, to explore their own evolution, to become....

As poet Emily Dickinson said, "I dwell in possibility...." our next issue will center around works that explore stories like Amelia Earhart's final round-the-globe journey, when "Amelia Earhart steps out into the world…Amelia no longer is simply American…she belongs to and becomes representative of the world…the cultures, the voices, beliefs, and senses all around her...Amelia becomes symbolic of our collective quest for transcendence, for oneness with all that is, for a connectedness with the world...for the divine..."

We are in the process of gathering works that explore the transformation that takes place when one dares to step into the unknown, away from all one has known, into the process of becoming....

Walk with the dreamers, the believers, the courageous, the cheerful, the planners, the doers,
the successful people with their heads in the clouds and their feet on the ground. Let their
spirit ignite a fire within you to leave this world better than when you found it...”
